Terms of use
Kigi Bonsai (ABN 28 478 780 691) provides the Kigi website, mobile app, and related bonsai services.
Using Kigi
You may use Kigi for personal bonsai care, learning, collection records, and the features made available to your account. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use it in a way that violates applicable law.
Bonsai guidance and AI
Kigi provides general bonsai information and decision support. Tree health, climate, materials, timing, and technique vary, and results are not guaranteed. Review important recommendations before irreversible work. AI-generated guidance may be incomplete or incorrect.
Accounts and your content
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the information, photographs, and records you add. You keep ownership of your content and allow Kigi to process it as needed to provide the features you request, subject to the Privacy Policy.
Paid app features
App subscriptions and in-app purchases are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The store shows the applicable price, billing period, renewal terms, and cancellation controls before purchase. Deleting a Kigi account does not cancel a store subscription.
Services, sales, and bonsai hire
In-person services, remote consultations, bonsai sales, and bonsai hire are subject to availability and any scope, price, timing, delivery, care, or return terms agreed for the individual booking or sale.
Availability and changes
Kigi may change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, safety, legal, provider, or technical reasons. We may update these terms as Kigi changes and will revise the effective date for material updates.
Australian consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified under Australian law.
