Account privacy

Delete your Kigi account

Kigi provides permanent self-service deletion inside the mobile app. A public request path is available when you can no longer access the app.

Delete inside the app

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Open Privacy policy.
  3. Choose Export or delete my account.
  4. Export a copy first if you need one.
  5. Sign in again when prompted, type DELETE, and confirm.

This removes the Kigi login, collection records, care and journal history, reminders, uploaded tree photos, AI memories, usage records, subscription metadata, and the associated RevenueCat customer profile.

Store billing is separate: deleting Kigi does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel or manage store billing before deleting the account.

What happens next

Self-service deletion is immediate once all storage and service-provider cleanup succeeds. If a cleanup service is temporarily unavailable, Kigi fails safely before removing your login so you can retry.

Access tokens may remain technically valid until their short expiry time, but the mobile app removes the local session immediately and deleted cloud records are no longer available.
